We had a great stay at Bon Hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff, especially Yulia and the Friday night security, were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to the city center but still safe and quiet. The hotel also offers affordable and efficient laundry services. we were kinda impressed with our experience at Bon Hotel and would highly recommend it.

the staff was friendly and provided good service, especially the security person on Friday night. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. the washing and ironing service was cheap and efficient. Although ordering breakfast the day before was a bit too formal for most people, the breakfast itself was good.
The lack of internet, TV, and telephone for more than 24 hours was a real inconvenience. It was especially frustrating to have to go to a nearby restaurant to have access to the internet or use a public telephone.

Everything very good. Helpful personnel, central location, spacious rooms with great air conditioner system, bright bathrooms with floor heater, lovely wall pictures, comfortable bed.
Could not be improved in any way.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the quality of service provided by the staff, who were very helpful and professional. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the city centre. I also appreciated the opportunity to take advantage of laundry and ironing services, which were reasonably priced and convenient.
I found the breakfast ordering process to be a bit too formal and time-consuming, with guests required to fill in a form the night before. there was some confusion with my breakfast order on the first morning, which resulted in a mix-up.

I had a great stay in this hotel. It is located close to the city center, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities are up to date and it is very clean. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was very friendly and very professional.

Location was good, in the city center and walking distance to many places. The hotel rooms were big with good air conditioning. The breakfast was nice and had many options, including some dishes in different languages.
The staff at the hotel wasn't very helpful during my business trip. They didn't seem to understand my needs or provide any assistance.
